There are a few ways you can order from us:
By Phone
You can phone your orders through or request a quote on +27 (0) 66 244 6745. Lead times will be confirmed upon placement of order and proof of payment via EFT.
Via E-mail
You can e-mail us This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to request a quote and place your orders. Lead times will be confirmed upon placement of order and proof of payment via EFT.
Via Online Ordering System
You can use the online ordering system to place your order, we accept payments only via EFT.
In the store section go to the product that you desire and order as per your quantities required. Reed the product info so that you can confirm quantities per box.
In the boxes section you will choose the applicable box and quantities that your product needs to be packed in.
The Courier Guy
In the shipping section choose the shipping according to your product boxes you have ordered. After your selection indicate the area you are shipping to. The number of shipping units you buy will be the same as the number of boxes you ordered. Repeat this section for each individual product bought.
Your Courier or Self Collect
You can ignore this section and immediately go to the checkout section where you can provide us with the necessary information of your shipping.
Guest
You are welcome to checkout as a guest and creating an account is not needed.
Create an Account
Should you choose to create an account you will be able to see the processing of your order and when your order has been completed and shipped. You will also be able to access your order information and invoices here.
When collecting from our store, a Classic Cornices consultant will contact you to confirm your order and will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Your door-to-door delivery cost are based on your physical address, and also whether you are based in a main or regional centre. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct physical address. With door-to-door deliveries we are required to package the required products in boxes and you will be billed on the volume of the entire boxes required.
You may arrange your own courier or transport company to collect your order on your behalf. Please arrange in advance with a Classic Cornices consultant as we do not let any orders leave without direct correspondence from the person who made the purchase. All additional packaging charges will be for the client’s account.
We will strive to get your delivery to you within 3 to 5 working days of placing the order. A Classic Cornices consultant will be contacting you to confirm your order and will inform you of the lead time required.
Our Standard Packaging of our range of products is Polyclear Tubing and/or boxed. Please ensure that you provide us with required packaging when requesting a quote or placing your order.
Your payment can be done with cash, credit or debit card in the store or with EFT. Orders placed online can only be paid via EFT.
